steps open up your returngo dashboard and navigate to the settings tab visit integrations > product & services once on the product & services tab, click on the add product or service button at the bottom of the page in the integration dropdown, select refundid under the instant refund section if refundid isn't displayed as an option, you'll need to reach out to returngo support to have it activated for your portal once selected, click the tick in the top right corner after this has been confirmed, you'll need to connect returngo to refundid by clicking the connect button under the refundid integration in order for your returngo portal to successfully connect to refundid, your store will need to have been approved by refundid and returngo will need to have been set up within your refundid portal please reach out to your refundid account manager or merchant\@refundid com to confirm this prior to clicking connect once refundid has been successfully connected to your returngo portal, navigate over to the resolutions tab under settings head to the return resolutions section and click add resolution once the add resolution popup appears, add information as seen below ensure that the resolution type is set to instant refund and the integration is set to refundid click save head over to the return policy tab within the settings section under the segment, you'd like to add refundid to, click add rule when the policy rule popup appears, ensure you select the resolution method as instant refund with refundid and make sure the policy rule is turned on proceed to setup the policy rule however you'd like (this will determine when refundid gets offered to your customers) scroll to the bottom of the popup and click save that's it! you're done 🎉 your customers will now be able to select refundid as a refund option when going through your returns flow!
