outline standard return options provide your customers with alternative solutions in place of the existing instant refund these standard resolutions will be accessible to your customers when they either prefer not to opt for an instant refund or are ineligible for it, as applicable the customer experience when opting for a standard return will vary slightly from the typical instant refund process, necessitating customers to follow different steps how can customers select the standard resolution options? if standard solutions are offered alongside the instant option, customers reaching the "select refund option" page will need to click on ' i don't want an instant refund ' afterward, the pre configured standard resolutions will become visible for the user to make their selection from if the customer didn't purchase a return shipping labe l through refundid, the below popup will appear, asking them to enter the necessary information to generate the label ultimately, the customer will see the refund success page here, they will find instructions relevant to the chosen solution type, along with a shipping status indicator reflecting the stage of the refund process if the customer opts for a standard refund, the status bar will be updated to reflect the shipment's progress and the retailer's processing of the return customers will have the option to revisit and monitor the status of their refund by accessing the lodged returns section in their customer dashboard
