outline the merchant users section makes it easy for other users to be added to your merchant portal by adding a user, they'll have access to view all incoming and processed returns as well as process returns within the portal this feature is suggested if multiple people are required to use the refundid portal if a retailer wishes to connect one user to multiple portals, they can reach out to their account manager for assistance setup to add a new user, navigate to settings and select users click on ' add user ' and enter the user's details, including their email and password afterward, click ' save ' to confirm the changes to remove an existing user, simply click on the bin icon associated with their account
