outline when refundid returns are lodged through your returngo portal, it's important that they are processed correctly to ensure the processing event is correctly passed through to refundid steps when a refundid return is lodged, it will be automatically approved and appear as seen below it's important to note that when a refundid refund appears here, even if the shipment hasn't been received, the money will have been paid out to the customer so you will not need to issue the refund again this is visible via the notes and tags on the returngo rma popup approving the refund you can mark the return as done or restock the return if you attempt to refund the order through returngo, it will return an error as we've already paid out the refund to the customer declining the refund if you need to decline the refund, you'll need to cancel / decline the refund in the returngo portal and then go and do the same process in the refundid portal to do so, simply navigate to the refundid dashboard (via the refundid app) this is required as declines need additional input so the customer can be advised on why the decline occurred currently, this additional input cannot be provided via returngo locate the order on your dashboard, click process , and choose to decline the return from the dropdown you can view more on processing returns here you've now successfully processed a refundid return through returngo
