outline to inform your customers of relevant information before they request a refund, you can now add an announcement bar to your customer's return flow this will display to customers on the select items page when they're choosing what they'd like to return steps to add an announcement, go to settings and select general scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will find the customer announcement bar from there, you can add or edit a message that will be displayed to customers when they choose the items they want to refund after entering the text, remember to click ' save ' to apply the changes
