outline the return time leniency feature allows you to extend the return window, giving customers extra time to return their items if they miss the initial deadline this additional buffer is not communicated to customers through the platform steps open your merchant portal and navigate to settings visit the general tab scroll down to the return time section and locate the field titled ' leniency period ' enter the amount of leniency time you'd like to provide customers with click ' save '
