outline the orderless returns portal lets customers generate a return shipping label without looking up an order it's a standalone, branded page on its own link customers enter their email, optionally an order number, pick the items they're sending back from your catalogue, enter their address, and download their label this is useful for returns that can't go through your normal returns flow for example, orders that don't exist in your connected store the customer doesn't pay for the label in the portal the label cost is shown to them as an amount that will be deducted from their return, and the label is billed to you through your refundid invoice orderless returns needs to be enabled on your account by refundid once enabled, you'll see orderless returns in your portal sidebar and settings setting up a portal go to settings > orderless returns under carrier setup for orderless returns , you can add carriers that are only available for orderless return labels (optional existing refundid owned carriers can also be used) under orderless return label portals , click create portal enter your portal name this becomes part of the portal's url shipping config the carrier used to generate labels shipping location the address returns will be sent back to click create portal and share the portal url with customers as needed the customer experience the customer opens your portal link and enters their email address and an optional order number they add the items they're returning by searching your catalogue they enter their name, address, and phone number they review the shipment, including the shipping cost, then create it they can download their label straight away, and also receive it by email the order number is optional and isn't validated against your store it's captured for your reference only tracking orderless returns all labels generated through your portals appear on the orderless returns page in your merchant portal, showing the shipment reference, order number, tracking, customer details, items, and label cost you can search by shipment, order, tracking, name, or email
