Tags

outline tags let you label and organise returns on your dashboard for example "urgent", "fraud check", or "vip customer" create coloured tags once, apply them to any return, and filter your dashboard by them creating tags go to settings > tags click create tag enter a tag name and pick a colour click create tag tag names must be unique deleting a tag removes it from all returns it's applied to applying tags to returns open a return from the dashboard click add tags (or edit tags ) in the return slideout tick the tags you'd like applied and close the popover to save applied tags show on the return and on the dashboard tag changes are recorded in the return's event log, including who added or removed them filtering by tags the dashboard filter includes a tags section with three modes has any returns with at least one of the selected tags has all returns with every selected tag has none returns with none of the selected tags there's also an optional tags column you can add to your dashboard table
