outline under carrier setup, you can set the price quoted to customers when purchasing a return label through refundid if you want the customers to purchase at the default price, simply leave the amount field empty to make it free, set the price field to $0 to add a new carrier click the ' add carrier ' button once ' add carriers ' is clicked, a popup will be displayed with once ' add carriers' is clicked, a popup will be displayed with options to select either refundid’s carrier account or bring your own (byo) carrier account for generating return labels clicking on the refundid account will present the available refundid carrier accounts for selection opting for byo account will show a list of supported accounts, and you will be required to input necessary information such as account number, api keys, and api secret your own carrier account if you'd like to bring your own carrier account, select the byo carrier account option you'll then be prompted with a variety of carriers to choose from select the one you'd like and follow the prompts to add the carrier in if the carrier you'd like to connect to isn't visible, please connect with refundid there are other carriers that can be connected to which may not be visible in the portal once the carrier has been successfully added in, you'll be able to configure the shipping option further check out the configuration guide to learn more refundid's carrier accounts in the instance that you may not have your own carrier account (such as an australia post or fedex account) or do have your own account but would not like to use it, we've got our own carrier accounts which you're welcome to use by connecting to a refundid owned carrier account, we'll take care of all payments and reconciliation when it comes to label generation you also won't need to connect with any carriers in order to utilize this, we take care of it all for you currently, refundid owned carrier accounts include australia post (domestic) fedex (international) usps (domestic and international) nz post (domestic and international) check out the refundid owned carrier accounts guide to learn more
