outline when a loop returns api key is provided, retailers have the option to centralise all incoming returns through both refundid and loop returns (irrespective if it's a refund, store credit, or exchange) into the refundid portal and process them all from one location this can assist with operational efficiency preventing team members from needing to jump back and forth between platforms note this feature can be turned off if preferred steps open the refundid portal type the order number of the return you're looking to process into the search bar once the order number has been entered, if the return is still open on your loop portal, it will show up on the dashboard in the external returns tab once you’ve made a decision on the return, simply process the return if you choose to accept the return on the refundid portal, the return will be automatically approved on loop for you if you choose to decline the return, it will be automatically canceled on loop for you that’s it! you’re done the return has been settled the return has also been closed on loop returns so you’re not required to go back to the loop returns portal to process it again
