outline the dashboard displays several columns containing the necessary information for each return retailers can customise and select which of the available columns will be presented by default in the merchant dashboard typically, the essential columns are order number the unique identifier of the original order placed in your store email the email address associated with the customer's return date lodged the date when the customer lodged the refund request via refundid resolution the resolution selected by the customer for their return items quantity and information of the items that have been requested for refund if you hover over this, you'll see the items included in the return amount the value of the lodged return days left the number of days left to process the refund only applicable for instant returns refund status the status of the return request shipping status the current shipment status of the return this will only populate if there is a tracking number attached to the return column modal the column modal enables you to select which columns should be displayed by default on the dashboard to do this click on the ' columns ' button on top right corner of the dashboard pick your desired column then click on the ' save ' button if you choose to select all columns, the dashboard will become scrollable, allowing you to review all of the columns retailers have the ability to adjust the width of each column in order to view more information
