Getting Custom Reports Emailed To You

outline retailers can have custom reports emailed to a designated email address on a predefined frequency this feature automates the manual export process from the merchant portal, ensuring stakeholders receive the reports they need in their email inbox how to export a report and specify the recipient email and frequency? log in to your merchant portal and go to reports once you've set up a custom report you'll notice an envelope icon next to it clicking this icon will prompt a popup where you can adjust the frequency and select the email recipient you can also set filters for the report, such as refund and shipping status once you're finished, click ' save ' now, this report will be automatically sent to the chosen email address please note that to have your email show up as a recipient email, it needs to be added in general under the notifications section view the notifications & contact guide to learn how to do this
