How The Integration Works

outline the cin7 and refundid integration helps to streamline the flow of refund data from your ecommerce platform into cin7 the integration ensures that refundid returns have credit notes created for them in cin7 after they've been approved this might be useful if the ecommerce platform refundid is plugged into does not currently automatically pass that information through flow credit note structure when a credit note is created in cin7, the below pieces of information will be pre filled customer name & email address alternative gl account (optional) you can decide what this value is sales reference created date completed date approved items incl if they should be restocked based on if they were chosen to be restocked on refundid payment type is set to refundid return shipping freight the credit note will be automatically closed once it's been created to remove the requirement to go in and manually close out the credit note the location of the credit note will also be set to the original location of the order frequency and issues credit notes will be batch produced a batch process will occur every two hours this will result in there occasionally being a delay between a return being approved and it showing up in your cin7 environment if a credit note does fail to generate for whatever reason, our system will automatically retry it at a later date if a substantial amount of time has surpassed and the credit note is still yet to appear within your cin7 environment, please feel free to reach out to your refundid account manager or integrations\@refundid com
