Retrieving Your API Key

outline to begin the integration, you'll be required to retrieve your api key from your cin7 environment the api key is how refundid will connect to your cin7 environment if you've already got an api key that's in use, this can be used as well to create the connection how to get your api key while logged in to your cin7 omni account, navigate to https //go cin7 com/cloud/apisetup/default aspx select add api connection enter a name for your api connection, and select save once you select save , an api connection key will be generated and given please save this somewhere safe as this will only be shown upon creating/adding an api connection after this has been created, you'll need to set up the permissions to do so, simply click the permissions button on the newly created api connection once the permissions popup does appear, make sure you select sales orders , payments & credit notes (all 3 boxes) and click save from here, you'll need to collect the api key and api username and provide this to refundid please reach out to your account manager or integrations\@refundid com to get this set up for you once this has been set up for you, cin7 will be connected up to refundid to understand how the integration will work, please view the how the integration works guide
