Setting Up The Integration

outline in order to set up the refundid integration, you'll be required to configure certain parameters in your pvx environment to ensure data is passed between platforms correctly this will allow us to pass return processing events from pvx into refundid configuring the order number please make sure that the customerpurchaseorderreferencenumber on the sales order in pvx stores the shopify order “ order number ” this should be order number, not name or id please note if your pvx environment is not currently set up like this or a change like this would not be feasible, please let us know we'll be able to make adjustments in order to support your pvx environment creating an item level report within your pvx environment, please create a custom refundid report on an item level that contains the following fields note please ensure this report is called refundid on peoplevox return code return date quantity item name item code sales order number return comments is reusable rma number rma status rma customer name rma item line number rma item reason rma item expected state rma item comment rma comment rma returns tracking number return condition this report is used by refundid in order to retrieve your scanned items and pass the resolution through to the platform in order to automate the approval process add refundid reject reasons as item states in your pvx environment, in order to pass reject reasons through to refundid, you'll need to update your item states to include the refundid decline reasons please note if this is not something that you can change on your end, please let us know and we'll be able to adjust the integration to support your pvx environment "refundid reject used item" "refundid reject sale item" "refundid reject damaged item" "refundid reject other" "refundid reject empty package" "refundid reject item not received" "refundid reject dishonesty other" "refundid reject incorrect item" "refundid reject did not want refund anymore"
