outline the refundid and pvx integration is a two way integration meaning data will flow into pvx from refundid and data will flow out from pvx into refundid the first interaction between the two platforms will be when a return is lodged with the second interaction being once the return has been processed in pvx return lodgement once per day, all lodged returns will be pushed into your pvx environment by refundid automatically refundid will create the following pvx objects within your environment return authorisation return authorisation items return processing once per day, the refundid integration will scan your pvx environment to find any refundid returns that have been processed there are certain pieces of information that are vital when it comes to the processing flow and how the data is passed into refundid a return will only be approved in refundid once all item quantities in a return are scanned and processed any items with a reject item state will be rejected for that reason only if a reject item state is attached to a return when it's scanned will it be rejected otherwise, it will be approved if you're processing a standard refund that refundid created, it will be refunded with the default refund suggestion structure provided by shopify this means that if multiple payment methods were used to make the order being refunded, shopify will choose how the refund is split across the payment methods when the customer is refunded
