Alternative Image URLs

outline when connecting refundid to your magento 2 environment, refundid will attempt to use the default media url path in order to correctly display item images to the customer when they progress through the refundid user journey occasionally, merchants may not store product images in the default location and may store them on an alternative base url this is where the image urls feature may be used how to know if this should be used? during the customer journey, if product images display similar to the screenshot below, this means either the product has no image attached to it on your store or refundid is not pulling the image through correctly if this occurs and your product does indeed have an image attached to it, the image url will most likely need to be adjusted in order for the correct image to be pulled for the product how to setup to get this set up, reach out to your account manager or merchant\@refundid com you'll need to provide an example of your base image url so this can be added to your store
