outline standard resolutions also have levels of automation to make processing more efficient this includes automation behind approving and declining returns this may be particularly useful in approving returns that don't need to be checked and closing our returns that haven't been shipped back yet auto approval event the auto approval event will allow you to choose when a return is automatically approved without any manual intervention required currently, it needs to be triggered in relation to the return tracking status the below statuses can be used in order auto approve a return not shipped yet transit lost in transit delivered maybe delivered unknown failure approved by seko (only available if you have the seko integration set up) auto cancellation event the auto approval event will allow you to choose when a return is automatically cancelled without any manual intervention required this is particularly useful if you'd like to clear out old returns that were lodged by customers but never followed through this setting takes in a set number of days in which after the return is lodged, if the return is not in transit, it is declined we recommend coupling this with the cancellation inquiry email which can be used as a reminder to make sure the customer is aware that their return will be auto declined shortly
