outline the return lodged page allows you to customise the next steps displayed to customers after they submit a standard return this is where you can guide customers on what to do following their selected return resolution and outcome how to edit the next steps? to edit the next steps, follow the steps below go to settings > resolutions find the resolution you’d like to update and click edit scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the return lodged page section update the title and body for each next step you want to display please note that a maximum of 5 next steps can be added per section available options you can configure different next steps depending on the outcome of a customer’s return journey by default, refundid supports editing next steps for customer purchases a label (purchased label) customer does not purchase a label (i'll return it myself) customer manually provides a tracking number (tracking number added) return is placed in review (in review) if additional outcomes are added to your environment, they will also appear here and can be customised
