outline the return lodged page allows you to customise the 'next steps' page visible to customers after they've lodged a custom refund on this page, you can provide guidance to your customers regarding the necessary actions following their selection of this particular outcome these steps will replace the ones you're familiar with from the refund success page when a customer initiates an instant refund how to edit the next steps? go to any of the standard returns you've added, and scroll down to the 'return lodged ' section to start writing the guidance steps, firstly choose if the customer has purchased a shipping label / did'nt purchase a shipping label / provided tracking number each of these previous actions will influence the steps the customer needs to follow now, you can begin writing the instructions for the customers to edit each step, simply type in the title and the description of the step for example, if you've chosen 'no label purchased' and the second action you want the customer to take is to acquire a shipping label, you can title it as 'buy a shipping label ' in the description, provide instructions like 'visit your nearest post office to purchase a shipping label ' when you finish, click ' save '
