outline the edit return resolution feature allows you to modify the resolution attached to a return after it has been lodged by the customer this means that if a customer wants to change their return outcome, the retailer can easily update the resolution on their behalf without requiring the customer to relodge the return steps click process on the return for which you'd like to edit the resolution click the pencil icon next to the existing resolution in the popup, select the new resolution you'd like to apply from the dropdown menu click continue this will update the resolution associated with the return if the return is approved, the customer will receive the newly adjusted resolution
