Editing Shipping Price

outline the edit shipping feature allows you to adjust the return shipping price attached to a return after it has been lodged this means you can update the return shipping cost without needing to process the return immediately this feature is especially useful if you want to waive return shipping for a customer but don’t want to rely on remembering to do it at the time of processing this feature is currently only available for standard returns steps click process on the return you'd like to edit shipping on in the processing popup, navigate to the shipping section and click the pencil icon beside the order number in the popup, change the return shipping amount to the amount you'd like to charge the customer click update the return shipping price will be updated when the return is processed, the customer will be charged the newly set return shipping amount
