outline in the complete ap21 integration, ap21 serves as the authoritative source for all order and return data this implies that when a customer goes through the refundid process, order information will be exclusively gathered from ap21 and not from any other location this integration approach is recommended when the order data stored in ap21 is the most reliable and accurate flow for a clearer comprehension of the workflows involved in the complete integration of refundid and ap21, please refer to the following flowchart it outlines the key touchpoint of the integration being processing the refund authentication & setup environment credentials in order to get set up, you'll need to provide refundid with some information to connect to your environment to learn how to set up the refundid integration on your ap21 environment, please view ap21's documentation below please navigate to the setup section within the provided documentation (page 3) and follow the steps outlined by ap21 once completed, please provide the below pieces of information ap21 environment url please note the url required will need to be the api url address this will be different from your ap21 environment's core address you may also have different urls for your test and live environment countrycode (if applicable) username & password (if applicable) this may be in the form of a bearer token or some other form of authorisation please note the required username and password will be different from the one used to manually log into the ap21 client sales payment gateway name payment gateway merchant id ip address whitelisting you may need to whitelist refundid's sandbox ip address for testing and refundid's production ip address for launch if this is the case, please find them below sandbox 34 116 107 90 production 34 87 219 187 in the instance you'd like refundid to test for you after everything has been set up, a further ip address may need to be whitelisted as well
