Going Live

outline you've finished setting everything up and you're ready to go live! this guide will walk you through how to go live and what you need to do to get refundid up and running for your customers checklist before going live, make sure you've set up the following items in your merchant portal return time make sure you've set your store's return time if you haven't, it will default to 30 days return reasons ensure you've set up a default group of return reasons without return reasons, customers may not be able to lodge their refund return address this is important to ensure customers know where to send their items back to return shipping (optional) providing customers with return shipping makes it easy for them to organise a label to send it back to you this is however optional as you can allow customers to arrange return shipping themselves add additional users to your portal if there are others who need access to the merchant portal, be sure to add them via the user's page integrations if you'd like to connect up any external platforms to refundid, ensure they're done before going live setting up your landing page prior to going live, you'll want to make sure your refundid landing page is branded and ready to go live if you haven't already, make sure you've filled out the refundid onboarding form here and uploaded your logo and background (if you'd like to include one) once uploaded, a refundid team member will have it set up for you and reach out once it's ready to go! to see an example of what your landing page could look like, click here getting your store approved you'll need to ensure your store is approved prior to going live approval just allows us to ensure everything is set up and ready to go before we make your store a store our customers can return to once approved, your store will be listed as a store customers can return to on our home page and search order page to get your store approved, simply reach out to integrations\@refundid com or your account manager merging changes to your site you've now been approved, all that's left to do is show refundid on your site so customers! to do so, simply take all the site additions created on the setting up on site display section and add them to your live theme and pages ensure you make a backup of all your pages before making these changes so you can roll back if any issues come up if you need any help applying these site additions, please feel free to reach out to integrations\@refundid com and one of our integration experts will be able to get this implemented for you you're live 🎉 woohoo! you're officially up and running and offering your customers the best returns experience online
