steps locate the order processed above in your magento 2 portal and open it click “credit memo” scroll to the bottom and click “refund to refundid” you’ll be redirected to the merchant portal sign in by entering your login credentials navigte to your dashboard here the order will be displayed for you to process approve or decline if you choose to accept the return, decide if you’d like to restock it back to magento 2 or not once this is decided, click “submit” head back to the order on magento 2 and click “comment history” in the “order view” sidebar here you’ll see the items were refunded offline and a note is left advising you that this event occurred in refunded if there are still other items left in that order and you head back to the credit memo, you’ll see the button would’ve reverted to its original state
