outline when setting up refundid and progressing through onboarding, you'll be given the opportunity to set up your logo and background this will be the initial settings added to your dedicated landing page however, this can always be altered in the future in the merchant settings specifications when setting up the refundid background, you'll need to make sure that the background follows the requirements below jpg 5000px (width) by 2500px (height) or within the 2 1 ratio when adding in the logo, an svg is ideal however, any format will work by default, uploaded logos will be turned into greyscale to try and keep logos consistent across all retailers if you have any issues or concerns regarding this, please feel free to reach out how to set up during the onboarding flow, you'll be prompted to add in a logo and background these will be automatically applied to your dedicated landing page this option will be visible to the further end of the onboarding flow adjustments should you want to adjust your background or logo in the future, this can be done within settings on the merchant portal simply head to settings > branding you'll then have the opportunity to edit both your logo and background
