outline the yotpo customer tier integration allows you to incorporate customer loyalty fields into refundid flows, creating personalised user experiences based on a customer's loyalty tier use this information to offer unique benefits, such as waiving return shipping costs or extending return windows for your most loyal customers steps make sure the refundid app is downloaded onto your yotpo environment navigate to settings > flows on refundid create a new flow in the condition section, click ' + add condition ' in the condition dropdown, click ' customer yotpo vip tier ' select the vip tier you'd like to have trigger the flow click ' + add outcome ' and select the outcome you'd like to have trigger for those customers this flow will now apply special conditions for customers based on their yotpo vip tier
