outline retailers are now able to connect their seko account to refundid if seko is being used by your company to generate labels, you can link up an account to your refundid instance to allow customers to generate return labels that are charged directly to your account adding shippo to your portal open your merchant portal and navigate to the settings page head to the integrations page and locate the carrier integrations accordion on the page click the add an integration button and select seko from the carrier dropdown add in your seko account's api key and click add navigate back to the shipping page and scroll down to the carrier setup section click add carriers and a popup will appear listing all the carriers here you can select your seko account once added, you can set up your carrier configuration for that individual account
