outline the yotpo email integration allows retailers to trigger return related emails to customers through the yotpo email client instead of through refundid this provides a higher level of customisation and centralisation when it comes to managing all customer communications within one singular location easily build out email templates in edm and have them send out at specific return touch points to your customers steps make sure the refundid app is downloaded onto your yotpo environment navigate to flows > my flows in your yotpo dashboard click create flow once a custom flow has been created, navigate to the custom triggers section and select the return action you'd like to trigger click add action choose the action you'd like to initiate once the return has been completed set up the action and then click save in the top right corner you're then good to go! these notifications will be sent to customers when the specific refundid trigger occurs 🎉
