outline refundid's custom font upload allows retailers to adjust the font used throughout the entirety of the returns lodgement journey retailers have the opportunity to pick whichever font is used and can update this at any point when a custom font is uploaded, the font will be applied to all non refundid parts of the journey that don't link back to refundid's instant products or account creation parts of the refundid journey including sign up and the instant refund success page will maintain refundid's core font setup to set this up, you'll need to connect with your account manager as at this time, this will need to be set up by refundid please note, you'll need to provide your own font files when requesting a font change you may also want to make sure your licensing of your font (if it is a paid font) allows for extra use on platforms like refundid your font should be any of the following file types ttf ttc otf woff limitations our font upload doesn't currently support the following processes different font weights we only allow for one font weight at this time custom letter spacing capitalisation
