Flagging Returns

outline flagging allows you to easily mark returns that require additional review internally use the flagging feature to single out specific returns you'd like to investigate further and keep track of them using a custom filter how to flag a return open the return you’d like to flag at the top of the return, locate and click the flag icon the flagged return will now be visible in the slideout and on the return line within the dashboard adding security to processing when you flag a return, it will add an extra level of verification to processing if a return is flagged at the time of processing, the processor will be required to check a checkbox to confirm that they are aware of the flagged state and are still happy to process the return
