outline refundid offers the ability for retailers to upload their fonts and have them reflect on the customer portal this provides the opportunity to continue to build out a familiar user journey for customers when they lodge a return at your store it's important to note that these font changes will only update on non refundid parts of the journey and won't reflect in emails, you'll need to update the content on the emails for the font to be visible there as well requirements & setup for a font file to be supported, it'll need to be in ttc or ttf format please send the font files over to your account manager to have them set up and applied to your portal if you don't have access to the font files, we can assist in locating them if they're a publically available font if it's a paid font, we may not be able to assist in obtaining the correct font files
