Location Groups

outline location groups let you control which drop off locations are shown to a customer group your locations, then use a flow to decide which group a customer sees this is useful when not all locations should accept all returns for example, only showing locations in the customer's country, or excluding stores that can't accept bulky items creating a group go to settings > drop off under location groups , click add group give the group a group name under locations included , search and select the drop off locations for this group click save deleting a group doesn't delete the locations inside it using a group in a flow go to settings > flows and create or edit a flow set your conditions as normal add the location group outcome and select the group when the flow triggers, the customer will only be shown the drop off locations in that group
