outline drop off is configured under settings > drop off there are two parts to set up the drop off method itself (what customers see as a return option) and your drop off locations the drop off method under drop off method , you can configure enabled turn the drop off option on or off method title the name customers see (defaults to "drop off") method description the description customers see (defaults to "drop off your items at one of our in store locations ") display mode when the option is shown to customers always only when no shipping rates are available hidden (only when enabled with flows) use this if you only want drop off shown to specific customers via a flow handling fee an optional fee applied to returns using this method it is deducted or charged like a shipping label cost hide drop off qr code hides the drop off qr code from customers on the return lodged page use this if your store teams don't scan qr codes drop off locations under drop off locations , add each store where customers can drop off returns click add location enter an internal name (for your team), the customer facing name , the address, contact number, and location hours click save the drop off option won't be shown to customers if there are no drop off locations set up
