Return Reason Fees

outline return reasons in refundid can have fees associated with them these are known as return reason fees and are tied to the return reason selected by the customer it's important to note that these are not the same as return shipping fees and can be charged separately to the return label fee setup navigate to the return reasons page locate the return reason you'd like to add a fee to edit the return reason enter the amount you'd like to charge in the return fee field click save the return reason will then have $ sign next to it to indicate a reason fee is attached to this reason
