outline refundid has a wide number of pre negotiated rates that retailers can use this means that if you don't have an existing agreement with a carrier but want to use their rates, you can do so through the refundid owned account supported carriers refundid has accounts for the following carriers australia post eparcel nz post dhl ecommerce dhl express seko usps ups fedex ninja van please reach out to merchant support or your account manager to see what refundid's rates are for each of these carriers setup onboarding during onboarding, you'll have the option to set up a refundid carrier on the shipping page, you'll be given the option to select use refundid's carrier account, which will allow you to select the carrier account you'd like to use merchant portal at any time after onboarding, you'll be able to add and/or turn off any refundid owned accounts from the shipping settings head to settings > shipping once in shipping, scroll to the bottom of the page to where it says carrier setup click add carriers in the carriers setup, click use refundid's carrier account and select the carrier you'd like to connect up to progress through the required steps to select the carrier account you'd like to use you can add multiple by coming back and selecting another carrier once the carrier is saved, you can edit the carrier information, such as price and currency, by clicking show more information on the carrier once completed, click save, and your carrier will start being offered to customers
