outline this integration is set up by refundid to get started, you'll need to provide api credentials from your shiphero account and choose when returns should be created in shiphero what you'll need a shiphero api refresh token (and its access token) for refundid to use choices to make when returns are created in shiphero either as soon as the customer lodges the return (default), or only once the return shipment is scanned in transit back to you set up send your tokens and your preferred creation timing to your account manager or merchant\@refundid com mailto\ merchant\@refundid com you don't need to set up any webhooks in shiphero refundid automatically registers a "return update" webhook in your shiphero account so return updates flow back to refundid
