outline connect your own ups account to refundid to generate return labels through ups this is a bring your own (byo) carrier account and is available to us retailers ups is only available as a byo carrier account there is currently no refundid owned ups account what you'll need your ups account number your business contact details name, title, company, phone, email, and website the address attached to your ups account details from a recent ups invoice (invoice number, date, amount, currency, and control id) these are optional but may be needed to verify your account set up go to settings > shipping click add carrier and select the byo carrier account option select ups fill in the address section with the details attached to your ups account if required, fill in the invoice details section using a recent ups invoice save once your ups account has been added, you can configure pricing and availability like any other carrier
