outline upon the decline of an instant refund, refundid will look to close out any interactions there previously done with shopify in order to leave the order as close to it's original state as possible shopify order restoration upon declining an instant refund, refundid will endeavor to return your order back to it's original state this includes removing any existing return statuses removing the refundid tag what refundid won't be able to do add items back in if a pessimistic refund was done if the pessimistic refund feature was turned on at lodgement, refundid is unable to add the item back to the order if a return is partially declined (i e one item was approved and one item is declined), the refundid tag won't be remove,d and the return statuses will be updated to reflect what was approved rather than removed notes on the decline of an instant refund, the shopify notes and timeline will also be updated this helps to keep a running log of all that has happened with that specific return date and time approved item(s) approved
