outline dispositions record what physically happens to each returned item for example resell, quarantine, or destroy they're set per item when processing a return and can be used to filter your dashboard and reports setting a disposition when processing a return, each item has a disposition dropdown your default disposition is pre selected change it per item as needed, or select no disposition dispositions can also be set when processing returns through the refundid scan app editing after processing on a processed return, open the return slideout each item shows its disposition with an edit icon so you can correct it later dispositions can't be edited while the return is still open filtering & reporting the dashboard filter includes an item dispositions filter reports and exports include a disposition column at the item level your list of dispositions (and which one is the default) is set up by refundid reach out to your account manager to add or change dispositions
