outline selection questions let you ask customers a structured question when they pick a return reason, with a fixed set of answers either a single choice (radio buttons) or multiple choice (checkboxes) structured answers are much easier to report on than free text notes selection questions can be added to both parent return reasons and child reasons, and can be stacked alongside notes, image uploads, and video uploads (up to 6 elements per reason) adding a selection question go to settings > return reasons and open the reason add a new element and choose selection question enter the question title choose single choice (radio) or multiple choice (checkboxes) enter the answer options, one per line use the required toggle to make the response mandatory or optional save what the customer sees when the customer picks that return reason, they're shown your question with the answer options their answer appears with the return in your dashboard and in reports options must be unique and can't contain commas
