outline your return address will be where your customers are prompted to send their returns back to after lodgement they're also used as the destination for where return labels are generated to setup head to settings > shipping in the return address section (at the top), click add address the above image shows a store with existing return addresses you'll still click the add address button if there are no existing addresses; it'll just sit in the middle of the page upon clicking add address, you'll be prompted to enter your address details if your address doesn't have a postcode, enter 00000 the name is what will be shown to customers, and the internal name will be what it's referred to in your portal (such as in flows) country can be either an abbreviation or the full country name select if you'd like the address to be your primary address or not if you already have a primary address set and you select it on another address, your primary address will be automatically changed click save primary address your primary address is the default return address for your environment unless specified elsewhere, returns will be directed to your primary address multiple return addresses retailers can add as many return addresses as they require once a return address is added, unless it's a primary return address, it will not be used anywhere you will need to use refundid's flows builder in order to adjust the return address based on your preferences to learn more on setting this up, head to our flows section in the documentation flows docid\ hh zbvcggpkocri2oam71
