outline refundid uses a variety of tracking statuses to show the progress of a return at each stage of its journey even once a return is processed, the tracking number will keep updating so you have full insight into your return label activity statuses see all the different statuses below not shipped yet – the label has been generated but no scans have occurred yet transit – the label has been scanned at least once and is currently in transit unknown – no information is available for this tracking number this usually happens if the number doesn’t exist, was entered incorrectly, or the label has only just been generated lost in transit – the return was scanned at least once but hasn’t had a follow up scan for 10+ days delivered – the return has arrived at your return address maybe delivered – the return shows as delivered, but it’s unclear if it reached your warehouse or if it's been delivered elsewhere failure – there’s been an issue with the shipment this often occurs if the return was sent back to sender or held at customs interim warehouse – used when a consolidation network (e g seko) is in place the return has arrived at the interim warehouse before being forwarded to your warehouse approved by seko – specific to the seko integration indicates the return has passed qc at the seko warehouse and will be sent to your local warehouse shortly
