outline when clicking on a return, a slideout will appear with all of the respective information in relation to the return the return slideout is an easy way to view all return information including items selected, reason for return, customer information, event log etc it is considered the source of truth for your return return details the return details section of the slideout displays what was lodged for return this part of the slideout includes items lodged return reasons (parent and child) lodgement breakdown any return fees the purpose of this section is to give you a detailed outline of what was lodged new order (only for exchange resolution) in the instance a customer has lodged an exchange, the new order section will display what the customer's new order will contain this will solely show the items that are going to be shipped out in the new order payment details (only for exchange charges) in the instance that a customer is charged an additional amount for their exchange, there will be a payment details section outlining amount paid amount available to refund payment method there will also be a refund button if you did want to refund any portion of what was charged to the customer shipping information here is where you can view the return shipping information associated with the return in the instance a return shipment is attached to a lodgemen, you'll see the below tracking number carrier delivery region status if the label is purchased through refundid, you'll also have access to a download label button to view a pdf of the label if an itemised returns form is also attached, there will be a download for that as well customer details customer details will display the details of the shopper who is making the return this includes name contact email mobile number event log the event log is a record of updates to the return as well as a location for team members to leave comments or updates for other users view the event log guide to learn more
