When processing a refund, you have the option to easily refund shipping costs directly from the merchant portal. This feature enables you to reimburse your customer for the shipping amount in addition to the refund amount, providing you with flexibility and convenience.

When processing a refund, if the order is eligible for shipping reimbursement, you can adjust the 'Reimburse Shipping' toggle to include the shipping cost. By turning on this toggle, the total refund fee will automatically adjust to incorporate the shipping amount. 

Please note that when reimbursing the shipping cost through Refundid, avoid manually refunding the customer for the shipping.
